Our pettiskirts are fluffy, twirly perfection-- exactly the same skirts you see elsewhere at a sweeter price. Ours are a bit longer, feature adjustable waistbands and are tied with a gorgeous satin bow. Infant has a 20-22" waist and is 12" long. The 2-5 has a 22-24" waist; 14" length. The 6-8 has a 24-26" waist; 16" length. The waist can be tightened on any size so length is more of a consideration.
